The buttons are hard to press especially when needing repeat pressing to increase the output. This sets off my RSI. There used to be a button allowing the power to increase to 50 but I cannot find this on my newer machine. Please advise if it does exist.

Easy to use and as long as I make sure I set aside half an hour a day I am sure it will help tighten my pelvic floor

I have been using this for 3 weeks now. I have already noticed less urgency to go to loo and leaks are much less. Very pleased with progress so far.

3rd week using Monday to Friday. Am very pleased to say that I am definitely much better. Very little leakage and urge to run to toilet.

This is indeed discreet, quite small yet mighty. I find this toner quite powerful yet never uncomfortable like some others I've tried. Still early days for results but am very hopeful given the early signs.

Ever sneezed and had to squeeze a little tighter than normal? No more. The pelvic toner has worked a treat. Prevention is always better than cure. Hopefully I will no longer be predisposed to any embarrassing incidents!

I bought this on the basis of "prevention being better than cure" as I'd had a few water infections that gave me the equivalent of urge incontinence. As in the pain was so bad the tiniest drop of urine was making me want to push. Having had a few in a row I was starting to feel like my "stop" mechanism wasn't as responsive as before and decided to put some maintenance work in now. Before it's too late. It's quite a strange feeling when you use it (like a thrumming pulse sensation) and there is a programme you have to follow that, after a number of days, you switch to doing some of the work yourself (still with the probe inserted as it alternates between pulsing and you tightening your muscles). Having said that after a couple of 5 minute sessions I could already notice a difference. The probe is very small and comes with both lubricant and a cleaning solution. Small moan about the buttons on the unit which seem a bit more complicated than is necessary. But I figured it out eventually. Would def recommend this to anyone. And if you are only having a minor, temporary problem - then it's well worth getting some preventative measures in place.

being a man, I can't really say I've road tested it, but my 90 yr old mum has. She's been incontinent for years, & no nhs practitioner advocated this. She bought it as a last resort as the doctor was prescribing an op. It's changed her life. No more incontinence pads, no dashing to the loo, & the IBS has cleared up too.

Delivery is also very discrete – an added benefit when dealing with an embarrassing problem

I didn’t have a particular problem especially, just wanted to preserve what I had. As a retired midwife, I am well aware of the devastating effects that hormonal loss, ageing and post childbirth can have on your pelvic floor, physiology and entire quality of life. Nature is very unkind to women, and the damage done to your pelvic floor from pregnancy and delivery are underestimated and insidious. As a tool to fight stress incontinence this product is great.

I’m particularly impressed by the fact that the Cleo Discreet has made such a difference to my pelvic floor insufficiency. I have had two lots of abdominal surgery that left my pelvic floor muscles seriously weakened and had been told I may require further surgery to correct the problem. The Discreet is gradually restoring my muscle strength and has made a huge difference to my confidence and physical comfort.

Quite an expensive product, not financially available to all, however if you can afford it, its a very worthwhile investment.
