You may or may have heard in the news abut the intended strike action by Royal Mail staff who are part of the Communication Workers Union (CWU) - these are the personnel who collect, sort and deliver post.

As a mail order company, we are affected and this means we are unable to provide the usual delivery service promised. If you place your order on the day before the strike, it will still leave us, but won't be delivered on a strike day and may take several days longer to arrive as they work through the inevitable back log. If you order on a strike day, it won't be picked up from us, and will leave us the next available working day, so again, it will not reach you for several more days.

We recommend upgrading your shipping option if you need your order urgently, however it's important to note that although Royal Mail will try to ensure special delivery parcels arrive the next day, it is not 100% guaranteed. We therefore cannot accept any liability for delayed arrivals of orders.
