For use with Cleo Q face & neck programs, the leads have 3 connectors and connect to the main Y cable for Cleo Q systems.
Our new 'Easy Fit' face leads have a 10cm flexible soft poly-tube to make fitting over the ears for support during treatment easier and more comfortable.
It keeps the lead in place and prevents them falling off or pulling the pads during treatment.
* Cleo Q leads can be used with your CLEO II system and we will provide you with alternative pad positions to enable you to utilise all programs - please inform us in additional comments at checkout if you are purchasing for use with your CLEO II.

Face leads
The leads are far too long and then they need to go into another length of lead the Y adaptor. They get tangled and obstructive. Ear pieces are a good idea and product fine otherwise.
Painful over the ears.
When I first started using the Cleo face system you just gathered all the thin leads over/behind your ears. Now there's a hard plastic tube shaped in a kind of "ear"form, supposedly making it more comfortable and easy to use. Maybe it is for people with protruding ears, but my ears are very close to the head and this plastic tubing is grossly uncomfortable, so I had to cut the tubes open so I could remove them, something that could easily go wrong, you'd damage the leads if you're not very careful… The leads are very flimsy and break easily inside the plastic... We're sorry to hear you find them uncomfortable to wear, however they were designed this way in response to a great deal of feedback from customers saying that the loose leads kept falling off during treatment, pulling pads off and causing inconvenience. Unfortunately nothing in the world suits 100% of people, nevertheless we're glad to hear you have found a solution to the problem you've experienced.
