DIRECTIONS
Gently massage the Temple Balm into your temples or any pulse point such as temples, behind the ears, neck, inner elbows, wrist, back of knees and ankles as needed.
Then, take a moment to breathe in the soothing fragrance and enjoy the therapeutic benefits of the essential oils.
