Great quality, helpful and friendly service!

Purchased as a Christmas present so not tried yet but delivery was extremely swift. Packaging was overly tight though and trying to get the scissors under the edge of the tape in order to open it I'm concerned I nicked the pillow slightly. I suggest taping the bag more loosely around pillows in future rather than virtually shrink wrapping the pillow. Star on rating removed only due to the way it was packaged.
