The Rest & Restore Aromatherapy Ritual Set by Wanderflower is a 3 step ritual designed to restore a sense of calm; curated with a unique blend of Clary Sage & Chamomile essential oils that will help you to completely switch off and relax allowing your body the time that it needs to rest and restore.

Start by adding a few drops of bath oil to a warm bath, lie back and take time to breathe in the calming aroma of the essential oils, then find a quiet room without distractions and prepare to rest by spritzing the room spray into the air and inhaling the calming aroma, lastly gently roll the rollerball over pulse points at the neck, wrists and behind the ears, lie down, breathe deep and feel the stresses of the day melt away.

A regular night time routine helps to prepare your body for sleep by allowing your mind & body to wind down, reduces late night stress & anxiety and encourages relaxation.
