Cleo II Treatment Programme Chips

If you are replacing a lost /damaged card, we need the serial number of your CLEO II unit, which is located in the battery compartment.

This is to ensure you receive the relevant card for the model of your control unit as there are 3 varieties of treatment chip which only work with their specific CLEO II models. 

If you've acquired a second hand unit /module or programme card, you must ensure that the chip is compatible with the control unit, so again, we require the serial number.

Using the wrong card could cause irreparable damage to your unit.
