As a result I was able to purchase the correct replacement part for my device which arrived very quickly. was pleased be cause I was not without my Cleo Q for very long. I have always found customer service to be most helpful and prompt in their response.

I have had my Cleo Q unit for many years now and found it very effective. Recently this piece of connecting cabling had become loose and with a "one-sided signal" to the machine. I had to buy this replacement Y cable and it arrived quickly and is just as I wished, to bring my unit up to its original standard without the expense of a new machine.

Very good idea to have the main cable and leads seperate

I think the y cable is great, because i can use it with other treatments for my Cleo Q.
