Skincare facial toner is a water-based liquid designed to be used after cleansing to remove remaining dirt & impurities, balance skin pH & prep the skin for better penetration of serums or moisturisers. While traditional toners were harsh & alcohol-heavy, modern formulations are generally much milder & aimed at providing hydration, soothing, or light exfoliation.
