The Pearion adjustable pad with cool and heat effect gel beads has relaxing and calming properties that contribute to general wellbeing.

Gel beads offer enormous advantages and are more ergonomic than other types of gel, as they are better at spreading around the body area they are applied to, enabling complete adaptation and greater effectiveness.

This pad with gel beads features five elastic straps and 2 extra elastic straps so that its length can be extended and it can be used on any part of the body.

This gel pad with cool and heat effect has multiple uses. It can be cooled or heated, depending on the effect you want to achieve.

For a cool effect, place it in the fridge or freezer, and for a heat effect, place it in the microwave (always following the instructions included).

You can apply it directly onto the skin as desired, on the side where the gel beads are visible or, for greater comfort, on the softer flannel side. In addition, its Velcro-adjustable elastic straps provide a firm hold.

As a general rule heat therapy is used to treat muscle pain and stiffness while cold therapy is used to help with acute pain, inflammation and swelling.

HOW TO USE COLD

Place product in a plastic bag and place in the freezer for at least two hours or chill in the refrigerator until desired temperature is achieved. Apply to desired area using the fabric side against the skin. Use for up to 20 minutes at a time.

HOW TO USE HEATED

Ensure the microwave turntable is clean and can rotate freely. Place gel pack onto a plate and place inside the microwave ensuring beads are distributed evenly. Heat in microwave for a maximum of 15 seconds for 500-700 microwaves and a maximum of 10 seconds for 800w - 1000w microwaves. Apply to desired area ensuring the fabric side is against the skin. Apply for up to 20 mins at a time.
